Uttarakhand to honour 19 teachers on Teacher’s Day with Shailesh Matiyani State Teacher Award; Governor to present trophies
On Teacher’s Day, 19 Uttarakhand educators will be recognised with the Shailesh Matiyani State Teacher Award 2025 for outstanding work in early education, secondary education and training institutes. The Governor, Lieutenant General Gurmit Singh (Retd), will confer the awards at a Saturday ceremony, with special mention for a national awardee, Manjubala, also being honoured.
