The workshop conveyed that the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan will begin on September 16, marking the CM’s birthday, and on September 17, the PM’s birthday. The campaign will run as a month‑long service week extending through October 17, with a range of service‑oriented programs organized at every mandal, power center, and booth level. Leaders and functionaries were allocated specific responsibilities to ensure the program reaches grassroots levels.
A large gathering of senior leaders and workers attended the workshop, including former cabinet minister Balwant Singh Bhowryal, Zila Panchayat chairperson Shobha Arya, Bageshwar MLA Parvati Das, former Zila Panchayat chairperson Bansati Dev, block chief Kishan Bora, and other notable party workers and district office bearers. The district BJP team, the mandal presidents and general secretaries, and senior workers participated, underscoring a collective push to connect more people with service activities during the campaign period.
Officials pledged to extend the campaign down to the booth level and to maximize participation in service activities across all organizational tiers.
