Residents highlight the village’s growing identity as a maize village and call for road upgrades, water drainage during monsoon, a water park for tourists, compensation for land encroachment, and speedy relief for affected families from the Lakhāwād dam project. A village restaurant funded by school fees supports free education for over 150 kids, and local officials express support to link agriculture with tourism.
