Tarun Himalaya Organisation in Haridwar hosted a grand cultural evening to mark Janmashtami at its Shivlok Colony premises. The day’s program featured performances by students from Tarun Himalaya School as well as participants from various Haridwar schools, who presented dances, bhajans and other cultural items that captivated the audience. The Vaibhav Musical Group contributed with Radha-Krishna tableaux and devotional songs.
The organisation’s leadership spoke about its ongoing role as a social and hill-region-oriented society, noting a commitment to continuing cultural and public-interest programmes in the future. Chief guest Monu Tyagi lauded the organisation’s community work.
