3 students from a government secondary school in Thal town have been selected for the Chief Minister Merit Scholarship scheme. Kalpana Baseda, a 9th-grade student, along with Manish Maher and Harish Joshi, have earned the scholarship. The principal, Dinesh Kumar, confirmed the selections. Members of the school community — including teacher Banshi Dhar Joshi, SMC president Champa Devi, parents’ association president Meena Devi, and Diwan Singh Kharkwal, the gram pradhan of Dauli Koli — extended their wishes and encouragement to the students.
