Khatima residents flag dirty water, leaks and billing errors under Jal Jeevan Mission connections
Residents of Sharda Bihar Colony in Khatima say Jal Jeevan Mission connections are bringing dirty water into homes, while pipeline leaks and billing problems remain unresolved. Complaints have reportedly produced little action in Ward 18 and Ward 11, prompting residents to seek regular, clean water and a working grievance system from the department.
