In Champawat, District Magistrate Manish Kumar conducted an on-site visit to Salli village. During the tour, residents handed over petitions detailing local problems. The DM also reviewed the status of education, road and drinking-water schemes in the area. A proposal to elevate the level of Salli School is in preparation. Additional directions were issued to improve routes affected by disasters. Present at the site were Hitesh Kandpal, Executive Engineer of Loni Vidya (LOK?), Birendra Singh from PMGSY, Block Development Officer Ashok Adhikari, and village head Puran Rawat, among others.
