Roorkee man sets himself ablaze at Kotwali after 30 lakh land-payment dispute, police probe
A man from Mundakhera Khurd reached the Kotwali on Tuesday evening after allegedly pouring a flammable substance over himself and then ignited it. Police personnel extinguished the flames with a custody blanket before taking him to Luxor CHC. Doctors later referred him to AIIMS Rishikesh with burns exceeding 60%.
