Khatima tribal festival: Centre pledges ₹10 crore for Eklavya school expansion and hostel project
Union Tribal Affairs Minister Juel Oram announced nearly ₹10 crore for expanding Khatima’s Eklavya Model Residential School during the 3-day Uttarakhand Aadi Rangotsav. The project includes a hostel costing about ₹4 crore and will support capacity for 480 students, while ministers highlighted tribal education, welfare and cultural preservation.
