Chamoli woman dies after falling into ravine while collecting grass in Tefna
A 36-year-old woman died after slipping into a deep ravine while collecting grass in the forest near Tefna village in Chamoli’s Karnaprayag block. Nandprayag police, assisted by local residents, recovered her body and handed it to the family after completing the required panchnama procedure.
