Rudraprayag’s Divyam Chandra Honoured for Second Place at Digital Youth Festival
Gangnagar resident Divyam Chandra received an award and certificate after securing second place at the Digital Youth Festival. The recognition took place on Monday at the collectorate auditorium during a Seva Sankalp campaign programme, where Minister Rekha Arya and District Magistrate Vishal Mishra praised his achievement and encouraged young people to develop their talents.
