In Bagalchak village, Tehri district, decades-old water infrastructure persists with limited repairs. Despite a 40-42 lakh repair effort 2 to 3 years ago, most of the 20-km waterline remains unusable, forcing about 70 households to fetch water from nearby sources and personal lines.
