Haldwani viral infections rise as shifting weather sends 50 to 60 patients to Base Hospital each day
Haldwani’s Base Hospital is reporting a rise in patients with cold, cough and other viral infection symptoms as temperatures fluctuate. The outpatient department is seeing 50 to 60 such patients daily, many of them children, while 4 to 5 patients with breathing problems also seek care each day. Doctors have advised caution and medical consultation.
