A physician has been ed at Almora district hospital after the specialist position remained vacant for around 2 and a half months. The appointment is expected to improve access to treatment for patients with routine and serious illnesses, while Congress leader Vaibhav Pandey has urged authorities to fill other vacant specialist positions as well.
