Dhami condemns chaos and traffic disruption, welcomes Dhal Singh Bisen as Uttarakhand governor
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said a Shiv Baraat should bring positive outcomes and happiness, but criticised the group under discussion for alleged disorder, rumours and traffic disruption. He also welcomed Dhal Singh Bisen as the state’s new Governor, saying his public-service experience would benefit Uttarakhand.
