Uttarakhand farmers seek immediate milk procurement rate hike, warn Aanchal management of struggle
Kisan Manch Uttarakhand has demanded an immediate increase in the rate paid to livestock farmers for milk purchased by Aanchal. State president Kartik Upadhyay said rising fodder, medicine and veterinary expenses have made dairy farming financially difficult, while farmer earnings have not increased in line with production costs.
