Dehradun excise raid exposes alleged alcohol delivery network targeting college students
The Uttarakhand Excise Department has arrested law student Garvit, alias Vikrant, and associate Aditya Kumar in an alleged alcohol supply network serving college students in Dehradun. Officials say the operation used WhatsApp orders, delivery riders and rate cards, with the suspected network causing significant revenue loss to the state.
