Overloaded tractor-trolley hits streetlight pole, blocks Nainital-Bareilly highway in Lalkuan
An overloaded tractor-trolley carrying straw hit a divider-mounted streetlight pole near HDFC Bank in Lalkuan on Thursday evening. The pole fell across the Nainital-Bareilly National Highway, disrupting traffic for about half an hour as festival-time movement created long vehicle queues. Police and Nagar Panchayat workers cleared the obstruction using cutting equipment.
