Food safety team inspects UPES mess and cafeteria in Dehradun, sends water and food samples
Food safety officials inspected the UPES University mess and cafeteria in Dehradun on Friday, reviewing hygiene, licensing and drinking-water arrangements. Samples of water, cooked dal and vegetable were collected and sent for laboratory testing. The department said further action will follow if the reports identify any irregularities.
