Nainital court gives Yogesh Pant 3-year sentence in 15.05-gram smack recovery case
A Nainital special court has sentenced Yogesh Pant to 3 years of rigorous imprisonment and fined him ₹30,000 in a 2020 smack recovery case. The court acquitted co-accused Aslam Khan after finding that the evidence did not establish the charge under Section 29 of the NDPS Act.
