Pollution board serves notices to 12 properties near Kaichi Dham over missing or faulty STPs
A joint inspection in Nainital district found sewage-treatment and regulatory gaps at 12 properties linked to Kaichi Dham, Bhowali and Ramnagar. The Regional Pollution Control Board has sought explanations and warned that unresolved violations could lead to fines, court proceedings or sealing of the establishments.
