Haridwar security check: Police say accused shot in leg after duo fled and opened fire on police
An accused man was shot in the leg during an exchange of fire after he and another suspect allegedly fled a security check in Haridwar, SSP Navneet Singh Bhullar said. Police identified the injured man as Naresh, alias Bhinde, a Sultanpuri resident, and said efforts were underway to arrest his alleged accomplice.
