Haridwar police detain 3 in Satighat firing case linked to social media dispute
Haridwar Police said 3 accused were detained under Operation Prahar in a firing and attempted-murder case at Satighat. The dispute allegedly began with comments on social media before a country-made pistol was fired at a young man. The complainant’s son escaped the incident without being hit, according to the police account.
