A District Sainik Parishad meeting in Gopeshwar reviewed welfare measures for ex-servicemen, war widows and their dependants, along with the construction of 11 proposed Shaheed Dwar gateways. Officials also discussed land for a rest house and an ECHS polyclinic in Chamoli district.
