Dehradun plans elevated-tunnel link to Rispana-Bindal roads for Mussoorie traffic outside city
A proposed elevated and tunnel corridor between Max Hospital on Rajpur Road and Dhoran could connect Dehradun’s planned Rispana and Bindal elevated roads. The route is intended to provide an alternative city bypass for Mussoorie-bound traffic, while feasibility work on the new link is expected to begin soon.
