Heavy rain on Sunday left waterlogged stretches near Haridwar’s Bhagat Singh Chowk and disrupted traffic for several hours. Vehicles were diverted through Tibri underpass and the old Ranipur turn, increasing pressure on the alternative route. Commuters, pedestrians and 2-wheeler riders faced delays while police were deployed to manage movement.
