Haldwani residents protest prolonged power cuts in Kathghariya area
Residents linked to the Kathghariya power station area in Haldwani have voiced anger over electricity remaining unavailable for more than 9 hours. Ward-52 councillor Rekha Binwal said the interruption was disrupting daily life and creating risks for patients dependent on oxygen support during humid summer conditions.
