Pauri’s Diwan Singh plans 5,000-parent-stock poultry unit after ₹1.40 crore funding approval
Diwan Singh of Bengali village in Pauri’s Thalisain block is preparing to establish a poultry unit with 5,000 parent-stock birds. After starting poultry farming in 2020, he now earns about ₹70,000 a month. The unit has received ₹1.40 crore in government funding approval under an animal husbandry department scheme.
