Haldwani RTI case: CIC disposes al-order sales appeal after 508-day wait for year-wise data
RTI activist Hemant Singh Gonia sought year-wise details of al-order sales, revenue and deposits from the Nainital al division. The Central Information Commission disposed of his second appeal on 6 October 2026, while departmental records cited 43,408 al orders, a total value of ₹10,50,490 and ₹1,05,969 in commission.
