Haridwar POCSO court sentences man to 20 years for rape of 7-year-old
A special POCSO court in Haridwar has sentenced Suraj Prakash Pokhariyal to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment after convicting him of raping a 7-year-old girl. The court also imposed a 50,000-rupee fine, with 6 additional months in prison if the amount is not paid.
