PG College Gopeshwar election row: ABVP seeks cancellation as student climbs roof with petrol
A protest over the nomination of NSUI-backed presidential candidate Kishan Bartwal disrupted student union election proceedings at PG College Gopeshwar. ABVP workers demanded his nomination be cancelled, briefly blocked the Chamoli-Kund Highway and saw a student taken from the college roof after climbing it with petrol, according to the report.
