Dehradun food safety team collects 4 samples, orders Tamtara Restaurant closure over unhygienic site
The Food Safety Department inspected restaurants and cafes on Rajpur Road, collecting samples of paneer, tofu, honey and ghee. Officials found extensive dirt at Tamtara Restaurant and ordered it to close. The department also filed cases in the ADM Court against 2 traders involved in the paneer business.
