Elephant damages 2 bighas of paddy in Haridwar’s Pili Padav
Farmers in Pili Padav, within the Lalढांग area of Haridwar, say an elephant has been entering the residential zone for the past 10 days. A recent raid damaged about 2 bighas of paddy, prompting a request for regular forest patrols and compensation for affected crops.
