Mother elephant pulls calf from strong Kosi River current near Corbett
A female elephant rescued her calf after it was swept into the fast-moving Kosi River near Corbett National Park in Ramnagar. Wildlife grapher Deep Rajwar said the mother entered the current, used her trunk and legs to steady the young elephant, and guided it back to safety in a rarely witnessed rescue.
