Dehradun government hospitals shift OPD hours to 9:00–3:00 under winter schedule
Health department hospitals in Dehradun have moved to winter timings from 1 November. Outpatient departments will operate from 9:00 to 3:00 from Monday, replacing the earlier 8:00–2:00 schedule. The change covers major facilities including Coronation Hospital, Premnagar, Raipur, Doiwala and Rishikesh sub-district hospital.
