Roorkee woman loses 1.97 lakh in online job scam; police register FIR against unknown accused
A woman from Shankarpuri, Roorkee, allegedly lost 1.97 lakh after being offered online work through Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram. Kotwali Roorkee police have registered a fraud case against an unknown accused and begun investigating the transaction trail after the complainant also reported the matter to cyber helpline 1930.
