Uttarakhand expands nursing education with 321 government seats and overseas job pathways
Uttarakhand has added 321 nursing seats through 3 government colleges established since July 2021, taking government nursing seats to 879. Private institutions now offer 10,616 seats across courses. The state is also adding faculty, teaching foreign languages and linking trained candidates with employment opportunities in Japan and Germany.
