Kotdwar Police Arrest Balwant and Sukhdev on Non-Bailable Warrants in Separate Cases
Kotdwar police arrested Balwant and Sukhdev in separate cases after courts issued non-bailable warrants against them. Police said Balwant is wanted under IPC Sections 223, 504 and 506, while Sukhdev is a warrant subject in a cheque-bounce case under Section 138 of the NI Act. Both are being presented in court after legal formalities.
