Tehri court acquits accused in case involving alleged assault and death threat at hotel
The Chief Judicial Magistrate’s court in New Tehri acquitted an accused person in a case registered over alleged assault, outraging a woman’s modesty and threatening to kill her. The prosecution said the incident followed a dispute at a hotel in the Campy police station area on 31 May 2025.
