Haridwar Unani college denied 2026-27 recognition after 20 teachers found on paper
The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine has refused recognition to Uttaranchal Unani Medical College and Hospital in Padartha, Haridwar, for the 2026-27 academic session. The regulator also imposed a one crore rupee penalty after an inspection found 20 teachers listed only on paper and edited CCTV evidence linked to attendance records.
