Champawat drug crackdown records 65 NDPS cases, 88 accused and major narcotics seizures
A district review meeting in Champawat reported 65 cases under the NDPS Act by 27 October, involving 88 accused. Authorities also recorded seizures of heroin, smack, injections, capsules, tablets, syrup and charas, while departments were directed to strengthen surveillance, inspections and awareness efforts.
