Nainital High Court halts final driving-test recruitment selection and seeks UKPSC records
The Nainital High Court has directed the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission to respond to a petition alleging a lack of transparency and irregularities in a driving-test recruitment process. The court has paused final selection and ordered original documents and complete recruitment records for its next hearing on 27 October 2026.
