Kashipur residents protest New Basti Road vending zone over fears of traffic disruption
Residents have opposed the vending zone being developed on Kashipur’s New Basti Road, saying it could obstruct students, pedestrians and motorists. They urged the municipal authorities and Mayor Deepak Bali to reconsider the site and cancel the current plan, while stressing that vendors should receive an organised location without disrupting public movement.
