Kotdwar tribunal orders insurer to pay ₹20.21 lakh after dumper crash kills scooter rider
The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in Kotdwar has ordered an insurance company to pay ₹20.21 lakh to the family of Narendra Singh Rawat, who died after a dumper hit his scooter on the Dugadda–Nainidanda road. The amount must be deposited within one month and will carry 9 per cent annual interest.
