Uttarakhand monsoon exits on 3 October as pleasant weather arrives; rain, snow may return next week
The southwest monsoon has completely withdrawn from Uttarakhand on 3 October, bringing more comfortable conditions from the hills to the plains. The Meteorological Centre has forecast dry weather on 4 October, followed by chances of light rain, lightning and thunder in some districts from 5 to 9 October, with snowfall possible above 4200 metres.
