Almora to build ₹5.59 crore pre-sedimentation unit to reduce muddy water during monsoon
A pre-sedimentation unit will be built near the Matela pump house in Almora to reduce muddy water problems during the rainy season. The project will cost ₹5.59 crore, and the department has started the tender process. Work is expected to begin in the first week of November, helping improve treatment for around 90 thousand people.
