Dhami says Mana is now India’s ‘first village’ as Uttarakhand expands border connectivity
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said roads, bridges, tunnels and optical fibre networks are strengthening the state’s border areas. He highlighted connectivity to Lipulekh, the development of Gunji near Adi Kailash and plans for high-altitude marathons in Malari and Niti as part of the Vibrant Villages push.
