Kotdwar court recognises AmarDeep Sharma as shop owner, orders occupants to vacate within one month
A Kotdwar civil court has recognised AmarDeep Sharma as the lawful owner of a shop on Malgodam Road and ordered Balram Bhatia and Tilakraj Bhatia to vacate it within one month. The court directed them to remove their belongings and hand over peaceful possession, failing which Sharma may seek enforcement through the court.
