Tungnath Temple portals to close on 06 November as winter worship shifts to Makkumath for the season
The portals of the Tungnath Temple, revered as the third Kedar, will close on 06 November for the winter period. The deity’s ceremonial palanquin will travel through Chopta and Bhanakun before reaching the winter seat at Makkumath Temple on 08 November, where worship will continue during the season.
