Retired employees seek Almora–Kathgodam rail line amid parking and travel bottlenecks
The Retired Central Employees Welfare Committee has renewed its demand for a rail link between Almora and Kathgodam. At a Saturday meeting, members also raised concerns about roadside parking, inadequate seating, traffic jams at Kainchi and Quarb, and doorstep LPG delivery for local consumers.
